Not just 50 there are over 200 workouts that can help you find a suitable workout for your needs. I am not sure how these workouts are named and if there is any meaning behind them. But I found some of these names very amusing with no specific correlation with the workout itself. However all of them are worth checking out.
If you want to follow a particular program, such as – Cardio, High Intensity training or body weight training etc – this is a good place to check.
Challenge yourself and do the suggested routines like Push-up challenge, pull-up challenge etc. and go to the next stage.
Want to participate in Marathons or just simply start running. Find out what is the right posture and how to prepare for marathons.
